Corobrik opens modern Nelspruit Centre

After serving the Nelspruit and greater Lowveld market for the past 16 years, Corobrik has relocated to a modern, spacious and conveniently located Centre at the new business hub in Riverside Park.

The purpose- built Centre incorporates Corobrik’s ‘new look’ and has been designed to encourage a convenient experience for customers, with every aspect catering to customers’ needs. At 2000m2, the new Centre carries a stockholding in excess of 180 000 bricks across Corobrik’s wide range of products, all readily available for convenient delivery or collection. The new location offers easy access to the commercially important R40 corridor.

The Centre serves as the base for Corobrik’s field sales representatives who service the Lowveld-based architectural, contractual and distribution network, an area that extends from Acornhoek in the North, to Piet Retief in the south, Lydenburg in the west and Komatipoort, Swaziland and Mozambique in the east.

“We are very excited about this relocation which has improved access for our regular clients with the intention of attracting a new market as well,” said Nick Booth, Corobrik Deputy Managing Director at the centre opening on 18 October. “Corobrik is dedicated to engaging with the client which is why the spatial design places a discussion table at the centre of the reception area. This allows customers to engage with our friendly, knowledgeable staff in full view of all the samples on offer, to ensure that the best possible products are matched with each project.”

The new Centre has a modern, clean feel to it with expansive windows allowing for natural light, perfect for viewing the product line. Customers are given the space to contemplate the various bricks and pavers available while gleaning useful tips and design insights from on-site staff, all of whom have a knowledge of the latest market trends.

Taking advantage of the ability to showcase new building designs, as well as the incredible range of Corobrik products, the Centre was constructed using Corobrik’s Roan Satin and the new Titanium Satin face bricks. The incorporation of plaster, paint, steel, glass and concrete in the building’s design illustrates the compatibility of Corobrik’s product with various building materials. A variety of Corobrik’s clay pavers from PB to PA and the Piazza pavers were used externally, providing customers with a visual display of the products’ versatility, while staff can elaborate on the skid-resistant, colour-fast qualities that make these so popular commercial and residential hard landscaping.

The Nelspruit Area Sales Manager, Etienne Beaurain and his staff has a combined 33 years in the construction industry. The Centre is located at 8 Meander Crescent, Riverside Park and is open for business Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 4.30pm and 8am to 12 noon on Saturdays.
